Who is Youth Coaching & Mentoring for?

8 years +

Pre-teen life can be challenging. Friendships, navigating online safety and adapting to secondary school can all be subjects that we need help with sometimes

Teenagers

Being a teenager is hard. Worries about our bodies, relationships and keeping safe online and in the community can be tricky. It can be really useful to have someone to talk to and ask advice

Young Adults

Maybe you're about to start college, have worries around getting a job, struggle with finances or find Uni life stressful. A coach can be a helpful tool in building confidence whilst we adapt to adulthood
